- We don’t offer exchanges for sale items.
- When exchanging an item, please make sure all original garment tags are still attached and the items(s) are unused and returned in original packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have stains or have been worn.
- We usually process all orders within 48 hours so call/email us immediately in case you need to cancel. Once the order is processed we are unable to cancel it. If the is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working days, through the same mode of payment.
- In case you receive a damaged product, please email/call us immediately. Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it, as we won’t accept damaged returns after that. (send us opening package video without pausing)
