How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Sitannya is simple. Once you’ve found what you like, choose size (please refer to our sizing guide) and click on ADD TO CART. You can review your items by clicking on the SHOPPING CART or you can go straight to CHECKOUT to complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We usually process all orders within 48 hours so call/ email us immediately in case you need to cancel. However, once your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working day, through the same mode of payment.
When will my order ship?
Our orders are sent out within 2-3 business days of the purchase transaction. Most of our orders are received within 7 working days. We don’t ship on the weekends or holidays.
What if something I receive is damaged?
Contact us right away – email/phone, and we can get this sorted for you. Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it, as we won't accept damaged returns after that.
Can I exchange/return a sale item?
No! We do not allow refunds on any items
An item I love is sold out! What can I do?
Because we make limited pieces, we tend to sell out fast! So please email us with your preference of size and color and we will do our best to restock the item!
My size isn't available. Can I customize an outfit to my size?
Yes! We will gladly customise any garment to your size for FREE. You will need to fill out the required measurements when you're placing your order. Feel free to call us for further information.
Can I exchange/return my customised outfit?
No! Since the customised outfit was tailored specifically for you, we don't allow an exchange or return for these orders.
How long will my customised order take to arrive?
Your customised order will reach you between 7-10 days.
